Today, I am in deep gratitude to have been gifted with the presence & energy of Tim Thomas to guide me through Breathwork. to expand into my own infinite
consciousness as well as my first proper ice bath
experience (reel coming soon). this day has opened a part of me I haven’t accessed in a while & I’m sure this next week of integrating all I’ve felt today. I will go on to deeper reflections.
The submersion of your body into 2 degree water definitely pushes through a threshold ~ meeting yourself in the experience, no matter how difficult, and being able to embrace it fully with calm and equanimity. Tim taught me a breathwork technique to get through the first part… then it all changes

Research shows that acute exposure to cold stimulates the vagus nerve. If you are not used to cold therapy, it might take some time to get used to the cold. Start by splashing cold water on your face and take cold showers. These are two easy ways to integrate the cold into your life at home. As your body adjusts to the cold, your fight-or-flight response decreases, and your parasympathetic activity (rest-and-digest) increases.. There are many men grounded in Authenticity, purpose & passion for human connection. However, in my experience, none so much as Tim “The Ice Man” Thomas. I meet Tim Thomas about 15 years back, when my life was messy from depression & recovering from the separation in my marriage.
I have found Tim to be a “Professional Warrior”, he fights for you, when you don’t have capacity for yourself, he fights governments for Justice on behalf of others, yep, he sure knows how to fight.
I am full of gratitude for having Tim in my life, his support has been immense. The experiences we have shared are soul soothing. I look forward to many more during this lifetime. Love you brother.
