Tim’s military service had him see first-hand the destruction of fatigue & the importance quality of sleep.

Breathwork in Bed focus is on improving sleep quality connection to self and then connection to others. Founder Tim Thomas cracked the 'Sleep Code' when working with veterans with PTSD. These lessons are now used to enhance the quality of sleep of many others.
Tim’s personal growth started when he discovered something while lying exhausted in the dirt of Afghanistan. His discovery created journey for himself and many others to follow; All captured and accessible within our own Bodies. Creating BIB was one way Tim could give access to others who want to start their own journey.
Most people accept feeling tired as normal for themselves and others. I don't.
My mission is simple: help people sleep better, recover better, and show them that quality rest isn't a luxury; It's a performance tool.
Because when you sleep better, everything gets better. Your energy. Your mood. Your relationships. Your ability to show up for the people around you.
Breathwork in Bed started with a simple idea: give people practical tools they can use right where they are; ie lying in bed—to calm the mind, switch off the stress, and get real rest.
I've seen it help veterans, shift workers, parents, athletes, and everyday people who are sick of running on empty.
