Breathwork In Bed (BIB) is a ground-breaking program created by Tim, a veteran with a passion for improving sleep and connection. Tim’s military service taught him the power of human connection and daily micro habits leading to success.

He saw first-hand the importance of improving the quality of sleep, especially for veterans with PTSD. Tim’s social change efforts focus on improving sleep quality and connection to others. By increasing the quality of sleep, Tim believes that everything else in life improves.

The Goal

Tim collaborated with the Gallipoli Medical Research Foundation to create MT (Military transition) READY. MT READY is an accessible tool for veterans to transition from military life to civilian work https://www.m-carm.org/ Tim also volunteers his time with the National Fire Industry Association (NFIA) raising funds for GMRF and the QLD Brain Institute through the Patrons Walk for Charity https://nfiapatronswalkforcharity.gofundraise.com.au/. Thus far, Tim & the Patrons Walk for Charity have handed over checks worth more than $750K.

Tim’s social change efforts focus on improving sleep quality and connection to others. He started by working with veterans with PTSD to enhance the quality of sleep. Tim noticed that if sleep was improved, everything else improved. He also helped to create a research-based tool for veterans to transition from Defence to civilian work called MT (Military Transition) READY!

Personal Growth

Tim’s personal growth journey led him to explore breathwork, ice baths, and exercise as tools for personal growth and mental health. Tim discovered that breathwork improved the quality of his sleep, especially when he was serving with the Special Forces in Afghanistan. Tim’s approach to all his healthy practice coaching is that it’s not about the healthy practice but about understanding how humans are built for connection. Understanding that humans are happiest and strongest when they are connected is the key. Breathwork is the best and quickest way Tim has found for people to remove blockages and connect back into their bodies, minds, and the outside world.

Programs and Teaching

Tim’s programs focused on improving the quality of sleep, by removing the blockages that impeded the connection between self & others. Tim created programs within the veteran charity he was working for with great success. Tim’s approach to teaching his methods for better sleep and energy is to help people understand that quality rest, equals quality performance. Tim created BIB to give people easy access to better quality rest. BIB is a mechanism for people to experience peace before sleeping through breathwork. In addition, BIB shows us how to use breathwork, Gratitude & affirmations to help us get out of bed feeling amazing.
